Dr Butler saved my life. During the pandemic he examined a mole I had suspected above my knee. He said it had to come out immediately with a plastic surgeon because of it's position. All the public hospitals were full so him and his receptionist had me bumped ahead at a private clinic for an immediate operation that resulted in a deadly melanoma being removed. This highly experienced doctor knows with a quick look what's serious and what's not.
The receptionist, who refused to advise her name, is an absolute disgrace, how do people like this get in to customer service positions..
Dr James butler is a joke, failed to correctly prescribe me medication and now I could be stuck with a dry eye condition for the rest of my life. DO NOT GO HERE.
