Here's your original feedback (feel free to copy and paste it!): This office does everything right. Patients are cared for, heard and priority to the staff. The office is clean, gloves changed, areas sanitized after each patient. The building and grounds maintained, and all the inside plants watered. It shows they care. I've been in and out a dozen times in the last year and never saw a miss step. They simply do things right.

Dr James was great with Caleb . He explained things well and took time to talk to Caleb. He is a good friend as well as a great orthodontist for our boys! Thank you to all of you at the office.
