We got in right away, which hasn't always been our experience. Everyone explained everything thoroughly and kept asking if we had questions. I appreciate how the orthodontic assistant talked directly to my son and included him in the process instead of deferring to me as the parent.

Results did not last. Retainer took weeks to get and by the time I got it, my teeth had already shifted. After years of braces. Now, years later, you would never even know I had braces on my bottom teeth. Short term looks do not match what you end up with long term. They took my braces off before my over bite was corrected. Complete waste of money on my parents part. Better to look somewhere with good long term results.

Everyone we interact with in the office is always professional and kind. Dr. James has a great manner with my elementary-aged daughter, explains things clearly, and always takes the time to answer her questions as well as ours. The same can be said of the orthodontic assistants who have worked with my daughter. This is the case even when the office is clearly busy with patients. I'm glad that we chose this practice for her care.
