Dr rivers is very direct. He calls you mrs or mr..very professional. When he pulled all my uppers he only used shots, he had already told me that's all he used. I had absolutely no problems. He gave me pain pills I used one "just in case". He called me the next day to check on me. He was very confident which put me completely at ease. I never had one problem with payment..I went with my insurance info, which he also had. Everything about my billing was to the penny. I went in to see about having two jaw teeth pulled. Went in, xrayed my teeth. He stated i had two other teeth that pulled too. I agreed to 3. He had my friend go to get amocacilin down at the pharmacy, I waited in chair. Friend got back 20 minutes later, took 4 -500mg of amoxacillin. 10 minutes later, he's pulling my teeth with this 1920's teeth extracter. 90 minutes later, 3 teeth pulled. 4 more hours past and i am in hospital. I give him a ZERO star review!!!! The place is NASTY! They had snot rags and files EVERYWHERE!! Their equipment looked like it was from the 60’s!!! I went in there for a consultation and he wanted me to sign a form saying he could use anesthesia on me. (Um no) Then in the middle of the consultation he asks me to leave and come back later cause he had a conference call to be on. (Which I did not go back) Then I get a bill from my insurance for $280.
