Ended up with a very big problem. Sad that he never even acknowledged the problem I ended up with.
Dr. James McShane has been my family dentist since 1980! His skill mastery cannot be surpassed (except, maybe, by Colleen McShane). Both are thoughtful and caring. Their attention to detail is very highly valued and appreciated. They truly care about their patients!!
Cracked a tooth, thought I was going to need a crown and after he assessed it said it just needed a new filling - ask questions - sensitive to anesthesia needs and just so warm and friendly - I travel almost an hour for my appointments!
I have been seeing Dr. McShane for over 30 years. He is the best. I would not go anywhere else. He is a very kind and caring man. He has always made me comfortable, as I am a scaredy cat!!
He's a really nice guy and does good work. Would recommend.
This is the place to go if you need a dentist! Dr. Colleen McShane, & Dr. James McShane and staff are friendly and courteous! Clean Clean environment :) and had no pain! I am so happy I found a place I don't dread going to. Super sweet assistant and actually laughed a lot!
He worked on 2 molars, a cap on one and a root canal and cap on the other in 2014 had nothing but PROBLEMS, went back once he left a gap and food kept jamming in there, went back again one cap was to high !!!!!!! Terrible work, he talks to much instead of doing quality work now 2017 one of tooth cracked along with the cap he installed I went to another dentist and they couldn't believe it STAY AWAY from this guy, now I need an implant $4000 thanks Doc good job! he is friendly but that's about it
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine
