My mother went into ECMC in January 2014 for a simple day surgery to have a kidney stone removed. After the surgery he came and spoke to me and told me he was unable to remove the kidney stone and that she would have to return to have it blasted. He then said she did good and can go home. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Went through numerous appointments and paid several co-pays just to be prescribed medications that the doctor never sent out the script for. Have been calling the office for two weeks straight attempting to get my script sent out, which is urgently needed, with no response. Now I’m having to reschedule with a different doctor just to receive a new diagnosis and get the medication I need. Please save your time and go elsewhere.

I went to see the doctor having just passed kidney stones. I gave him the stones as i kept them with the idea that he would test and give me diet suggestions to avoid them in the future. He suggested I get CT scans asap and said his office would refer me to their imaging lab that day or the next. A few days came and went and I heard back nothing. Dr Turecki seems very competent and caring but I am giving him a 2 due to how his office (invision health) is run. I have complained numerous times about this medical facility. As a health provider myself I am utterly amazed at times how dysfunctional this office is. Phone system is extremely poor and communication between staff and patients is terrible to the point of it being unsafe. I am am not a patient here but my father is.
