Finding an ENT I trust has been challenging since leaving Chicago. Dr. Spoto is excellent and I am very happy to have found him.
Well, Dr. Spoto was a better doc when he first started out...really good then there is a change where you are treated inferior. The receptionist always vetts you ahead taking longer and longer each time to get you in. And with really good insurance, I never had issues with billing except his office liked scheduling extra follow up visits. We left and found another ENT. Not recommended.
Dr spoto was wonderful he was a very good dr.
He is very arrogant and refused to listen. His attitude was Big Me little you. I will never go to him again.
Dr.Spoto is great. Unfortunately the office is not organized and scheduling is very difficult. My daughter had 5 total appointments (including surgery) and only one appointment was not significantly messed up.
