Dr. Rial is a truly amazing physician. He is top of the line. My husband and I have been patients of his for many years at the Delaware Eye Institute. He is very thorough in his exam. It usually takes 1.5 hours +/- but when you leave you know that every single thing has been examined. He operated on my husband years ago due to scar tissue in his eye. He has not had any problems since. I highly recommend Dr. Rial. Thank God for Dr. Rial and God bless his staff.

Dr Rial is thorough, knowledgeable, and put me at ease with his great sense of humor. He explained my condition in an easy to understand way while showing me the test results. Interested and compassionate.
