Great dentist, friendly, knowledgeable staff - excellent customer care!
Extremely rude secretary. I'm a good paying customer. She clearly have a bad day and wants to take it out on me. I came in hoping to fix my tooth. Instead I have secretary that keeps talking over me while I'm speaking. She claims she contacted me to come in earlier. Then she realized she dialed the wrong number. Then she scheduled a day where no dentist is available. Very unprofessional secretary who can't put her personal life away from work
By far the best Dentist team in Toronto for yourself and family. Great communication with text reminders as well.
