Today I received my permanent crown today at McDuffie Dentistry. The staff is always cheerful and that makes you feel right at home. You can laugh, listen to music and tell jokes with the staff an that makes you feel like you're around family. My chair side assistant was Shelton, Ex military Dental Assistant and a smile that that reminds you of a sunny day. He's very detailed in his work and easy to communicate with. While I was in the chair I could tell this wasn't his first rodeo.
I would highly recommend Dr. McDuffie. I have been going there for years and the staff has always been professional. The atmosphere is calming and team keeps you abreast of the best way to take care of your teeth.
I never had a better experience than Ive had with Dr. Ramsey at and the dental assistant Shelton at McDuffie Dentistry. I had a series of appointments and I had the same team each time! Love the continuity of care!!! Dr. Ramsey followed up with me after every visit making sure that I was taken care of. I knew before my visit what my payment would be. My experience was great and most importantly not painful!!! I would recommend Dr. Ramsey to anyone looking for a dentist.

The staff is as welcoming as the serene office environment. Thoughtful care is given when discussing any treatment plans to give you the confidence you need to move forward. I have been a client at McDuffie Dentistry since 2009. I have been seeing my FAVORITE dental hygienist, Sheronda, since that very first visit and have loved every moment. Sheronda is extremely personable, attentive, and always tries to ensure that as a client you are comfortable, and well informed of what is going on with your oral health. She keeps me coming back every 6 months! Overall, I have had very positive experiences and have recommended them to several family and friends!
I have been a patient here for years. I can't imagine trusting my dental health to anyone else. The experience from the moment you cross the threshold is awesome. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable in their area, and you don't feel like a number. They take time to answer my questions and I always receive compassionate care. I know it sounds strange but I look forward to my check ups. Who says that about going to the dentist?
