Very informative Dr and friendly staff.
My wife is a black African woman and Dr. Jamal refused to give care to my wife on her 3rd appointment because she has a French accent when speaking English. He suggested that my wife did not understand English and needed an interpreter, and she needed to reschedule her appointment.
