I am extremely disappointed with the care I received during my delivery. When it was time for my baby to be born, Dr ellis came into the room, said she had another patient, and walked out. Her staff followed her, leaving me in the delivery room during one of the most critical moments of labor. MIND YOU I WAS ALREADY 9CMS DILATED AND MY 2 EPIDURALS FAILED!!
