Dr Reddy is always available concerned and honest with care. He is quiet and to the point but once you get to know him he’s just a great friendly Doctor. He even saw all 3 of my grandsons on an emergency basis during Covid because I was worried. He goes beyond Urgent Care and specialist care because he cares. He’s very knowledgeable and trusting his professional opinion has always proven correct.
Dr. Reddy is a no nonsense doctor who gets to the point. In general, the office staff has changed over time but very natural in general. The office manager however has been there for years where she is pleasant upon arrival but talk trash about patients looks, attitudes, and attitudes. From the seating area you can hear a lot of what they say provided the TV is off.
Appointment schedule is simple and they will try to accommodate you needs. Pre-screening personnel no so friendly and unprofessional. Doctor processes patients quickly and gets to the diagnose quickly with limited inquiry of other possible causes. A check list Doctor. The billing officer has issues and could takes months to fix issue.
If you want a doctor with the personality of a board go here. Don't expect to be seen for more than one issue at a time. You will be required to make another appointment so they can bill your insurance for another visit and you for another copay. If you question this practice at all, you get asked to go to another doctor. No human kindness or consideration here.
