The receptionist by the name of Erica is totally unprofessional. When I came to call about a bill about a procedure that I had in September and they billed me for all the way in January she totally dismissed me.She has not answered my phone calls and she quickly pushed me on the accountant. They accountant act like she did not know what was going on and tried to refer me back to Erica. They sent my insurance straight to voicemail when they knowingly knew that they were trying to call. Do not go there I would not recommend.
