The one star is still pushing it. My grand baby was taken in for an office visit due to a “croup” sounding cough, which anybody without a degree would agree is not normal. To our surprise this doctor gave diagnosis of a common cold. Mind you he had not even checked her throat until my daughter asked him to. He also did not run any flu, COVID or RSV tests. I have always received good care for all my kids ❤️ I really love this place and trust Dr. Rocha. All the Dr my kids seen are very good but Dr.Rocha is who we see the most and kudos 👏 to all the staff I don't know all there names but the male nurse that is always there he does a good job. I do recommend this pediatric place and trust the Doctor.

I'd give no stars if possible, don't waste your time here. To top it off, some lady in the front office hanged up on me, after she made me wait on a question I had on my kids check up.
The most unpleasant horrible lousy rude and inattentive staff I have ever encountered I give them zero Starr
