My experience at Swedish has been a negative one. Beginning with the interactions with the receptionists, following Dr. Novales unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanor to poorly managed billing department. The front desk ladies did not greet us when we came in and one of the receptionists made me feel uncomfortable because she didn't understand my insurance and was getting frustrated. Dr. Novales has been great in caring for our daughter. Her demeanor is calming for both our baby and us. She takes the time to field our questions and give us straightforward responses; we have 100% confidence in the care our daughter is getting!
