I first called this office on February 25th, 2025 to see if I can be seen by Dr. Almandoz at the weight wellness clinic because I heard such good reviews about his work. I was told that I would need a referral. A couple of days later I sent over a referral, only to be told that it needs to be specifically for weight loss. I called this office a couple of weeks back to see if Dr. Almandoz was accepting new patients, and was told (wish I had gotten her name, but sadly didn't) that he is, but requires a referral from the PCP. I went through the trouble of going through my PCP, etc to get this referral. When I haven't heard from this office after about a week after the referral was sent, I thought I'd call for update. I just really like the staff and Dr Almondoz along with his nutritionist. Everyone treated me with so much care.

Just spent 7.5 minutes listening to commercials - no one ever came to the phone.
