Very disappointed in our initial interaction with Mr. Park's office. I work for a provider agency, supporting individuals with disabilities. One individual I support, needs help making and maintaining scheduled appointments. Before the individual began receiving services from us, he tried navigating the Oregon Health Share on his own and was told that Mr. Park was assigned as his PCP. at 73 in wheelchair, his front desk, has no help, even coming in door, 29 sept, spent 1 hour in room, looking at him look at my chart, no asking ? frankly not kind, when i had to leave ride to care, i knew he was a problem, when i asked him to write note for jury duty, which he did not, as well, will not help me with scripts, nothing special, i need him to write off me to nursing care though, i think he will not help me, my option, hes taking all he can from medicare, medicade, his clients, are the side line .
Dr Park is a very nice man. He loves dogs and he is a very good father. However, I'm not looking for those aspects in a primary care doctor. Dr Park failed because every time I went to see him he did not treat any of my ailments. If I told him I had a rash he would say, I will refer you to a dermatologist. If I told him my shoulder was hurting he would say, I will refer you to an orthopedic doctor. If I had a stuffy nose he would tell me that he would refer me to an ear nose and throat.
