Dr.Nam is so nice and highly recommend!
The staff named "Courtney" who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept asking me why I wanted to make an appointment. Even after I had told her that I had received a referral form and my information should have already been sent to Dr. Nam's office, instead of trying to check for my information she kept asking with questions with attitude.
I had to get a endoscopy because my duodenal ulcer was aggravated by pain pills I'm taking for kidney stones.He was nice and professional and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended!
Called to reschedule an appointment for my parents and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. She kept questioning why we had to reschedule. I understand things have to be moved around due to it but there was no reason for her to have been that rude. Super disappointed. Called back to cancel their appointment and she again had an attitude.
