Dr Jaffa’s removed one of my wisdom teeth today and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with doctors. He has the best bedside manner and the best team on his side. Liz was incredible with back and forth phone calls with me when my scheduling kept falling through and she and the rest of the team were all so amazing before my procedure. They took the time to actually talk to me before hand and even crack some jokes when I was very nervous. And to top it all off, Dr Jaffal even called me around 8:30 pm to check in on me... read more

After 45 minutes waiting I started asking around the waiting room and there a few people who had been waiting over two hours. That is inexcusable. I suspect this practice cares more about money then their patients. I left.

Sure the Dr was nice but that was the only good thing. I waited 1.5 hours and the Dr walked in and looked in my mouth for less than 60 seconds. He said nothing is wrong. No biopsy, no closer examination, and a 185$ bill. Total scam job. I only went because my dentist referred me to check something he saw. I don’t have money to waste. I’ll go somewhere else next time that may have a little understanding. I feel violated

Dr. Jaffall was outstanding, a very calming presence. He makes you feel very relaxed which is super important to me. I had an extraction and everything went smoothly, didn't feel a thing. The staff was very professional and attentive... can't recommend these guys enough!
