This review is not about the Dr himself but this office is ridiculous. It’s 11:30 am on Friday July 10 the office closes at noon. I’m calling from since 11:15am and it keeps going to voicemail. Nobody’s answering the phones. The message indicates to send an email of which they still haven’t answered more than three weeks ago. Ever since the ending of Covid, I have no idea what is going on with doctors offices and company offices because they just refuse to answer the phone.

I saw this doctor in 2022. My recent experiences with other doctors and midwives have brought me back to how dismissed this doctor made me feel. First, I had to wait over an hour for my appointment while the staff was chatting and making loud jokes about how it's funny the doctors are so late....pretty unprofessional. I could even hear HIM laughing and chatting with his staff about his personal life. My appointment lasted about 5 minutes. He asked me 2 questions and sent me on my way with a follow-up appointment in 6 months.... read more
Dr. Balayla is kind, welcoming and is very knowledgeable! I always came in with a list of questions during my pregnancy and he answered every single one! He also doesn’t make you feel dramatic for having concerns.
