She was very caring and listen to and ask me to call with any concerns. I love her as a Person and a wonderful Dr.
I should have known not to see Dr. Jackie after my sister saw her earlier this year. She was very cold and dismissed all of my sister’s concerns throughout her pregnancy. When I went to see her she behaved the same way. She is also unresponsive to messages!! Just all around horrible smh
I reached out to the office over 5 times. I never got a phone call or message back from calls and emails that I left. This was unfortunate because I had high hopes. I went on to find a different practice.

I've been going to Dr. Walters for many years. She is always up to date and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
Not sure if it is her staff or the doctor. But, I was not able to get hold of Dr. Walters even when she advised me to call her if my problem continues. No one has returned my phone call over week. I have been calling every day and leaving messages on voicemail or with staff. No one ever called me regarding my lab results at all. No help what so ever! Very sad and careless approach
Dr. Walters is a great physician. She is very thorough. You can ask questions. She explains things and takes her time if you need clarification is professional but down to earth. I feel comfortable speaking with her. The only reason not 5 stars is the staff. The communication and follow up is less than 3 stars from supporting staff. Both front end exit staff make you feel as if you're bothering them. I have gotten run around on simple things a medical team should be knowledgable about. T
Excellent doctor. She is highly knowledgeable & EXTREMELY THOROUGH; she found a lump in my breast that I had never detected. I recommend her to ever woman I know.
Dr. Walters has been my doctor for well over 4 years. She delivered m son 3 years ago. She's very knowledgeable, compassionate, and straight forward with it comes to being healthy and conscious of weight. I highly recommend her. The office staff and nurses mirror her compassionate personality.
