Not very interested in providing care for new patients. Did not explain what she wanted me to do even through a telemedicine visit. Also, documented that she saw me for longer than the visit actually was. The visit was only for 15 minutes but she documented that it was for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable with this provider for primary care. I am considering care elsewhere.
Doctor is clearly detached from what the patient is there for and when you try to resolve an issue, you get the run around. I went for a routine visit and the incompetent staff coded it incorrectly and now I have to spend my time fighting for my money. Check your visit coding.
Dr. Jacqueline Hayes, MD, SSM DePaul Medical Group is an outstanding physician. She is caring, patient, and a great listener. Dr. Hayes diagnosed several serious medical conditions, one of which was life threatening. My pain level from my newly diagnosed spinal conditions resulted in my blood pressure being literally at stroke level. Dr. Hayes has been the BEST doctor I've ever had. She really cares and is careful to listen and take notes. She is open minded and not Big Pharma brainwashed. She is a real treasure and a pleasure to work with.
Dr Hayes always listened and was knowledgeable in what she was doing. She took care of my two daughters and was always available when an issue with them came up. Blessed to have met Dr Hayes!
Very friendly. Does not follow up on medical care. Seems detached from the patient.
