I really like Dr. Swartzman. He knows what he is doing even though it took 2 surgeries to get my fistula right he didn't give up. We are both happy . His office staff and the nurse practitioner are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a terrible experience at this doctor’s office. My appointment was for 930.AM. At 12:30 PM I still had not seen the doctor. I was told he was busy. I finally left! The waiting office was so cold I was hoping not to get sick. I paid $30 in Uber charges. Will I be refunded that money by the Dr? If I get charged, I will let my insurance company know that I never saw a doctor.
