Wish I could do less than 1 star. I wanted to share my brief experience with this office so other parents can feel comfortable with their decision. This “dentist” wanted to put my 4 year old under anesthesia for cavities. Rather than attempting less invasive procedures, safer options, attempting “laughing gas” and numbing cream, nope. They want to put your child out and then drill every single tooth and pad their pockets. Office staff is awful with communication and gave us the completely wrong information regarding our insurance. Before our appointment they told us we were covered but when we got there they acted like they knew nothing. They then tell us the services are mostly covered but then stuck us with a $300 bill a week later for looking at my daughter’s teeth for 5 minutes. If they had been transparent about our coverage we could have avoided this, but they’re incredibly unknowledgeable about insurance claims. Extremely disappointed ... read more
Refusing service to a child because of vaccination status is disgusting and unethical. Someone not being up to date on vaccines does not make them a walking germ, virus, or liability. My child is healthier than the majority of children, yet was refused service because we chose to discontinue vaccines after a vaccine reaction. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And the excuse of having immunocompromised patients is bull, and just an excuse to make you feel better about your bigotry.
