Dr. Brooks is the kindest, most sincere surgeon we’ve ever encountered. He gave my husband such a clear explanation of his hip surgery and acknowledged how pleased he was with his progress. Dr. Brooks’ team at SJH & Downeast Orthopedic Center are also very hard to be. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Dr Brooks has replaced both of my hips. One on 4/9/25 and the other on 6/18/25. Both Dr Brooks and his whole team did an amazing job and have given me my life back. I am still doing PT but the progress I have made in the last 5 weeks tells me how good things will be when PT is finished. I am already able to do things I haven’t been able to do for at least 5 years if not longer.
