Love this guy. Never going back to Ortho Va
Treated my mother in law with great care. Was willing to explore non surgical options first and when surgery became the only option he was excellent at explaining how things would go. His office staff is available to answer questions and speak to him directly if needed, we never waited too long for a return call.
Dr Budny treated my student-athlete son to perform surgery to repair a tendon on his left ankle area. My son’s recovery was excellent and he is back to football conditioning training after winter break. Thanks Dr. Budny for your professionalism and excellent communication and bedside manner. The personnel and facilities at Bon Secours St Francis Medical Center are excellent as well.
I've worked in healthcare technology and known hundreds of physicians over my 25 year career. Although we met when he was called in for emergency surgery on me on a weekend. And that interaction involved him having to immediately amputate my left big toe, his manner, deep knowledge but exceptional ability to explain in layman's terms very detailed concepts coupled with true caring and empathy for his patients just blew me away. Dr. Budny is the best specialist I have seen regardless of the field of practice. He’s just so kind and has a great sense of humor. He did a wonderful job on my right knee replacement and my recovery has been a breeze. His staff is an awesome group of people from the front of the house to the back. I send them some wacky questions through the portal and they are prompt with answering me. St. Francis is a beautiful hospital and I never mind driving the extra miles to get there. Love this practice so much! 5-star rating!
