Horrible experience. The receptionist said that they were going to do the procedure that day and they did something else. They also didn't answer their phones very well when I called either.
Went to a specialist - Jacob Benedict- to get answers on why my ears have sensations and always clogged feelng.. the specialist answer was dont put anything in your ear not even qtips and come back next time for a hearing test! I found my answer a few weeks ago so the next patient that comes in there with the same problem, maybe Dr Benedict can do some more research. It’s called ear fullness. Didn’t even take me going to another doctor to find out what it’s medically called and why it’s happening.
Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I went in with months of worsening voice loss, a raw and scratchy throat, chronic cough, head and facial pain, jaw pain, and significant ear pressure and pain. I expected an ENT specialist to actually examine me. Instead, there was essentially ZERO examination. He never asked me to open my mouth, never looked at my throat or mouth, and never examined my ears. The visit felt rushed, dismissive, and as though my concerns were an inconvenience.
