I was interested in arranging a referral for this psych but unfortunately the ridiculous gate keeping by his "admin" person was a real deterrent. Definitely not a welcoming safe space for everyone.
I’ve been seeing Dr Jaco Erasmus for help with ADHD, and it’s made a huge difference in my life. He is patient, understanding, and really takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed, and every session feels tailored to what I actually need. His knowledge of ADHD treatment is excellent, and I feel supported and more in control than I have in years. Since meeting Dr Jaco more than 10 years ago, he has always been available whenever I need to chat. He listens to me and I feel heard. He is and has always been incredibly helpful in nurturing the quality of my mental health. I live about an hour away from the CBD so the Telehealth calls are fantastic. The receptionist is also excellent at communication. I am grateful for this service and will remain loyal.
