Since meeting Dr Jaco more than 10 years ago, he has always been available whenever I need to chat. He listens to me and I feel heard. He is and has always been incredibly helpful in nurturing the quality of my mental health. I live about an hour away from the CBD so the Telehealth calls are fantastic. The receptionist is also excellent at communication. I am grateful for this service and will remain loyal.
G'day, Moved to Melbourne recently from another state, needing to keep up with my mental health meds and care. Booked in with Dr. Jaco Erasmus and waited a whopping 4 months. But before the appointment, I discovered that instead of a face-to-face, they've lined up 3 phone calls, almost one after the other. And they're slugging me with a big bill for each call! Told me to take meds that I have previously had a bad reaction to, attempted to undiagnose me with something I have a diagnosis for, and told me I'm not autistic because I have friends. absolutely awful
