Jackson Haverly, MD is back Just wanted to let anyone who might be wondering know that Dr. Haverly has moved back to WA, and has the same practice in Seattle that he had 2 years ago. Also, I'm adding myself to the list of people greatly helped by him! He is great. The one thing that is NOT great is that when he moved away from Seattle it was completely impossible to reach him. I must have left 10 messages, and I never heard back.

Most caring doctor! Dr. Jackson Haverly is the best doctor I have ever come in contact with. I used to feel stupid, but he helped me better understand my ADD and has improved my self esteem. Just by talking to him, you can tell he really cares. Just last night, because my prescription got lost in the mail, he actually drove near my home and gave me a new prescription in person. I have never met a doctor like him. I am truly grateful for his services. He has helped make me a better person.

Leading authority on ADD and PTSD As a ADD/HD poster child, I have lived a life of contradiction and struggle. Dr Haverly's work on the relationship of ADD and PTSD is right on. No one has come close to helping overcome my weakness. He not only treats the patient, but he teaches the patient how to treat themselves. I appriciate his candor, and genuiness. I never felt as though I was being spoken "down too". He adjusted his conversation to my level of understanding. I really believe the Vetrans Administration should listen to... read more

add/adhd adults who can get there questions answered Dr. Jackson Haverly is a doctor that makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. He actually talks to his patients, gives them reference books to read on the subject at hand, has tests to take, and allows his patients to learn about add/adhd. He is knowledgeable about natural supplements that can help people that are leary of being medicated. He acknowledges that adults with add/adhd can be or have in the past suffered with alcoholism. People can have a huge myriad of sym... read more

Has He moved?? I am a patient of Dr. Haverly's but have been out of touch for awhile. I tried to call him the other day but a voicemail said he'd moved to Alaska. Does anyone know his whereabouts our how I may contact him? Thanks If not, does anyone know of a Dr. that's close to his style/quality?

The best doctor ever! Dr. Jackson Haverly is the best and most caring doctor I have ever worked with - Having ADHD is hard enough, and often doctors judge more than help, which is understandable considering the types of medications often prescribed. Not excusable; just understandable. Dr. Haverly listens intently, making recommendations for a life plan rather than just prescribing medications. I am remiss that he has moved to Alaska and hope to be one of the few he still works with. I have been with him since I moved from Mi... read more

A psychiatrist who specializes in ADD & ADHD I know Jackson as a colleague, though (since I do not have ADD or ADHD) I have not personally used his services. I know he does bring personal knowledge and a passion for the topic of these problems too his work - he lives it too. So, if you are searching for someone to help you in these areas, he is certainly worth a try.

Is Dr. Haverly really back in Seattle? I hope it's true that Dr. Haverly has moved back to Washington. He was the one who discovered I had AADD. I have been so frustrated most of my adult career because I was having such a difficult time focussing and it affected the jobs I had. I called his Seattle office and also the one in Alaska, and both numbers had his voicemail (?). Can anyone confirm that he's back? (6/23/10)
