Dr Chen is a great doctor, he is very helpful and explains everything to you. I highly recommend
Honestly, I am not one to give bad reviews. But this doctor and his staff are absolutely Awful. A couple of months ago my husband went in to have his shoulder checked out. Well they needed to do an x ray, even though we knew it wasn't a bone problem, for insurance purposes. Well my husband went and had an X ray done and waited for the dr. to call..... Well we NEVER GOT A CALL BACK . Fast forward to this week. Basically gave my husband the run around. AGAIN. My husband has had 2 ACL Surgeries on his knee and we think he tore ... read more
Dr. Chen is a good doctor. He takes his time and explains things in detail. His office does not over book appointments like other offices do.
Dr. Chen is an excellent primary care and general practitioner. He is attentive and listens really well. He is not one of those doctors who just gets through as many patients as he can. We really appreciate the medical expertise and kindness we've experienced with Dr. Chen!
