The night before my three week vacation one of my hearing aids died. I called Dr. Jackson's office at 8:45 AM and told them about my situation and asked if they could squeeze me in with their audiologist Kathy before 11. They said to come by and drop off my hearing aids and they would see what they can do. Had FESS and turbinate reduction surgery 7 months ago and can not breath through my nose. I can't sleep and I'm exhausted. he said there was nothing he could do for me. There was no prior indication I may end up like this. Update. Went to Georgetown and found out i had MRSA. Update: Five years later and many surgeries I'm still dealing with the mess Dr Jackson left.
Dr. Jackson has taken care of both my sons who have had multiple sets of tubes and adenoids removed. He is very caring and knowledgeable and airs in the side of caution with medication. We have been very happy with his office over the years!
amazing doctor, really very humane. I don't have health insurance and he was very understanding and generous. When I called other places none of them gave me an appointment because I don't have health insurance. oh, one more thing… the secretary is a bit weird on the phone but she is very nice and friendly in person. Don't worry
