I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? Yes, they were extremely thorough Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? No, I had to call them myself Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
