Possibly the coldest, most uncaring doctor I’ve ever had to deal with.
If I could give Jackie negative stars I would. I was in her office for an evaluation due to a TBI with hearing loss. Asked her REPEATEDLY to speak to me (not her desk) and to speak up and speak clearly. She refused to do so and then dismissed me. I even verified twice that she wanted me to leave (I had only been there 3 minutes) and she waved me off with her hand and nodded. She then lied to the disability office telling them “I walked out”.
