Very disappointed with the customer service. I did not feel heard or given the opportunity to fully explain my concerns. The CNA came on the phone without much context, and I felt a decision was made before hearing me out. When I asked to speak with a manager for clarification, the call sounded like they picked up and hung up the Call could’ve been disconnected but they didn’t call me back. I hope this feedback helps improve the communication and care given to other families.

I recently saw Dr. Perrone for what I thought might be something more serious than it was. He was as gentle, professional, kind and pleasant as he could be, even with a very full waiting room of people. I had heard he was really good, but he exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Perrone!

I was miserable and found out I had a large fibroid causing all my issues. Dr. Perrone did not give me a runaround and instead gave me direct understanding on what was happening to me as well as clear advice on what he thought would be best. I’m now 3 weeks post-op and already feel a huge change. I’m so grateful for his kindness and patience that was also paired with immediate and concise facts. He listened to my partners concerns and answered all of her questions. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
