Dr. Berg mis-diagnosed me...I had a skin parasite, he said I did not. This caused me 2 further YEARS of endless pain.
Dr. Berg is a very good physician and has been taking good care of me for the past several years. However during a recent visit and follow up call, I was displeased with the staff (Karen) and the rude treatment received. And when i called her on her lack of knowledge and failing to accommodate patient requests in a timely manner, she had the audacity to tell me what the policy is. Dr Berg is a good doctor, but his nurses are weak. He tells you that he will refer you to an specialists and his nurses never make the appointment. He told me I need to see a heart doctor and his nurse would set it up. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I called, she said be patient the virus has everyone behind. Another week, nothing. I called a heart doctor myself and was in his office 3 days later. Now I'm waiting on anothe referral
