My family and I cannot sufficiently express our respect and admiration for Dr. Saux. My Mom has been his patient for over five years. She has comorbidities, along with her cancer, sometimes making her treatment a "complex recipe". Dr. Saux expends the effort it takes to offer Mom the best option available. He always treats Mom with respect, concern and care. I would, without reservation, recommend Dr. Saux. I've done so already, several times. He's an exceptional Dr. and an exceptional person.

Horrible wait times. Dr Sachs did not make us feel comfortable and never was on time filling pain meds when I needed them. Horrible pain and I begged them to fill my meds. Multiple calls. On appts, he would only say ok, I’ll look into it. He don’t care. I wouldn’t recommend. I found a caring doctor elsewhere.

Terrible service and terrible nurses. Been seeing him since i was a kid and recently left and found another doctor (specialist) bc they lack professionalism. I wouldnt recommend any patient to him and his rude, disrespectful nurses.

I have been seeing doctor Saux for 4 years. First diagnosis with head and neck cancer to mestatic spread to lungs, spine and ribs. He and his staff have always been there for me when I have a concern. He told me one thing that means the most to me. He told me “he would never give up on me” I’m close to my second remission and I enjoy his humor. This is a very stressful journey and a laugh now and then helps!

Office has grown way to big to keep up with patients needs. I'm sure staff means well however to many things happening to continue with Saux and their complete incompetence. They really need to get their act together for the safety and well-being of their patients. Moving to another oncologist for all it's worth.

Very pleased. Upon being diagnosed with kidney cancer in the hospital, we were assigned to Dr Saux. He came in the room very compassionate and explain he has many different treatment options and will develop a plan for my Mom. He doesn't rush the office visits or his time with us and answers all of our questions. Also gives as positive approach as best as a doctor can to being able to fight the disease and some optimism. Overall we really like him alot and pleased he is helping us.

wait time at office visit-horrific!! he reads your chart info when you come in for a visit so your progress or lack of progress is not truly researched, simply a guess on what to try next. seems cold and uncaring after being a patient for a while, is more interested in entertaining than actually caring-a costume won't save me or you!! out of the box thinking, a time line of what could happen with your type of cancer diagnosis should be discussed to help cancer patients make informed decisions!!
