I have nothing but praise for Dr. Jacinto Manon at CHI. I met him while at Bergan Mercy as a patient when he came to talk about my back issue. He was positive and explained the problem and what was necessary to reduce the pain. Later I had an appointment at his office where he went over the X-rays , the procedure, recovery time and again answered all my questions. Absolutely 100% recommend Dr.Manon! Is very straightforward and gives his honest factual opinions. Explains everything thoroughly, even if he had to multiple times. I am very appreciative to have found a doctor who let me talk and ask things I needed to, even when it didn’t seem important. The doctor was arrogant and would not answer basic questions about his experience in brain surgery. He refused a second opinion at another hospital saying they could do it at Bergan. He had no bedside manner with my sister in law who is the POA for our brother in law. I’m very disgusted with the haphazard care and concern he gave.
