Made 2 appointments for my husband and myself. My husband got his teeth cleaned. I couldn't go to my appointment, so I called and rescheduled. The second time they texted me type 'c' to confirm and I texted back 'cancel.' They didn't accept it and billed me for TWO cancellations and I haven't even been to their office yet. Also, my insurance is one of the best that covers free yearly cleaning. They claims my insurance didn't cover the full cost and won't tell me what the insurance didn't cover.
