If I could give zero stars I would. I started my 10 month process with Dr. Jaban in early 2023 and ended April 2024. And since I ended, I have been to countless doctors ruling out different issues. Dr. Jaban did nothing for me other than put me in debt. I would have been ok financially if I didn't have to continue spending thousands on countless other doctor visits post his "care". I absolutely love Dr Jaban and my health coach LC! They are helping me get to the root causes of a lot of my health issues and they are doing it in a very kind and respectful way. I also really enjoy how professional and organized their protocols are and the Practice Better App is. They make it easy to keep in touch and have any of your questions answered in a timely way. The mold protocol that aI started last week has done wonders for me. I feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It is working so well for me. I am so glad I began this journey.
Honestly, I didn't have the best experience and maybe this review can help in some ways to make some changes. The issue I have is how questions are handled about protcols given in appointments. I had a question about the protocol when I started to notice a reaction. I reached out via message through there portal app. The initial response they gave me, "This would be something to discuss with the practitioner within my next appointment." I was hoping to get my son seen with Dr. Moore as I had received a recommendation. However, my interactions with the girl named Ava really put me off to continuing to try to go here. She was excessively responsive when trying to get me to book a consult and then when I had questions/concerns about that she didn’t respond. We found another place to work with. Would recommend some customer service training.
