Terrible experience. I had an eye exam that was so minimal I knew there was trouble. I finally got my glasses after 5 in person visits (as requested by them) plus waiting 15 minutes upon the 5th visit arrival, while they ignored me (I recorded it because I couldn't believe how ridiculous they were behaving and speaking.
