The dentist and her Dental assistants are excellent and very professional!
I been with them since 2006 even from the old clinic, nothing to complain about, staff and dentist very attentive to my needs and request, I had no concern with my elderly mom diagnosed with dementia to have her prophylaxis, knowing how dementia can affect persons cognition, she confidently and trustingly seats in their chair, my mother is very comfortable with them.
Dental assitant lacks accountability and is a liar. I got a pasta filling and the dentist i had today didnt wait long enough for the anesthesia to work. I complained of the pain multiple times and was told to power through it after they gave me another lidocaine shot which they didnt even wait for it to work again. I even told them that i can feel everything and that only the skin in my mouth was numb but i can feel their metal thing for the dental dam on my teeth and it felt like its gonna crack it like a nutcracker. Amazing receptionist and professional dentists. My wife has been coming here for many years and introduced me to this dental clinic. It’s located on the third floor of Henlong Market. The interior is modern and very clean. The receptionist (who sits to the right) is very friendly and helpful. She is well organized and explains the billing clearly. We appreciate her service!
