I was referred to dr. Singh. This was my first time seeing a cardiologist so I didn’t know what to expect.First appointment with dr Singh went okay he did an okay job told me lose weight eat healthy , he goes off topic ALOT. Dr. Singh is extremely smart, however he has no social awareness, and I don’t feel he actually cares about his patients. He is not thorough, he doesn’t follow up, and he mumbles when you finally get a chance to talk to him. He goes on wild tangents about unrelated topics in the world and loses focus of his job. I think he would be a better researcher or mad scientist. I can advocate for myself and see a different cardiologist, but some cannot. If I could I would love to put no stars. I have been to this cardiologist 3 times for my dad. Dr Singh is amazing from what I’ve experienced and so has my dad. Whenever I come with my dad which has been 3 times the secretary is always rude specifically the white old one. She’s always showing attitude to my dad and I, talks to us like we are some not educated human beings. Either fire this person who does not have any basic manners or teach her something about respect and basic manners!
An excellent doctor in my experience but the staff is the worst of worst. I wanted to reschedule my appointment due to some travel. So I called a month prior to the appointment date but the lady at the front desk refused to rebook me. This is not the only incident but I kept ignoring her tantrums and kept going because I like the doctor but now this is too much.
I don't know the other people but I find him very good human being and very kind. He is professional and his behavior is very good. Keep up the good work. Thanks
