REPEATS MY QUESTIONS, LISTENS, WILL NOT ALWAYS GIVE ME WHAT I WANT, BUT GIVES ME WHAT I NEED.
He is a compassionate and kind doctor who is an expert in his field and very helpful to me. I highly recommend him if you have a chronic pain issue!
Dr. Grove has great “bedside manner”. He listens attentively, asks good questions, describes what he believes is the problem, lays out the options for treatment & gives his opinion of what should be done. He also tells you about potential downsides. He did the procedure on my hip & it worked so well!!! I had been dealing with pain for 18 months & in five minutes it was gone!!! That was five months ago and I am still pain free!!!
I've been seeing Dr Grove for almost 3 years now. He is super nice and caring but most of all he's gotten me out of pain. He's done two cervical nerve ablations- one lasted one year and the other lasted a year and a half. Super happy with him.
This doctor staff was phenomenal. If you add that to his care of his patients he’s second to none. Very caring and gives me faith in the medical field in this country once more. Highly recommended
Wonderful Doctor. Can't get a hold of him to resolve office problems. Been going there for 9 or 10 years. Office manager will not give a phone number to contact him. Going to a PA name Bailey who is not worth a nickel. When I ask to see a different PA I was told I had to go to Bailey or leave. Dr grove if someone gives you this, please call me 602-300-1716. You need new office help and Bailey has tons of excuses because she fails and blames office help.
Dr Jerome Grove/Pain Consultants of Arizona recently merged with Honor Health on or about Sept. 13, 2021. They cancelled my in office procedure for Sept. and rescheduled me for the next available appointment was Oct, 13. During the week of Sept 13 I experienced a severe spike in my base pain levels taking me to a baseline of 7. I called the Office and left multiple messages without a call back. I have been a patient of Dr. Grove's for many years. He and Brittany Jones truly care about and actually listen to their patients. They provide alternative ways to help with pain that isn't just about pain pills. I have had epidural injections, trigger points, and nerve ablations that helped me reduce my dependency on meds and get back to living life.
