As I entered into this organization of Dr Deol and Associates Family Eye Care, I knew this was going to be my new Optometrist. I was greeted by 2 ladies, first, the optical lady who directed me to the Receptionist for my appointment. The warm greetings, knowledge and Professionalism were at a very high standard, from the Receptionist, Technician to the Optometrist. My condition was clearly explained, decreasing my anxiety. My Family Doctor made the Best Referral and Decision for me. Finally, this location is closer to home.

I visited this place recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, particularly the young woman handling glasses. She came across as quite rude and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Instead of being helpful or approachable, her tone felt arrogant and unwelcoming, which is not what I expected from a customer service role.
