Professional, caring staff with a strong emphasis on your comfort. Nobody wants to have a root canal done, but they make the process as painless as possible. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Pure professionalism! Beyond courteous and honest! even called and checked on me several times 😀 I had a previous root canal that someone else had done work on twenty years ago that was in really bad shape. 😰😰 Doc rutz had the right treatment for me though and did a wonderful job!!
This staff and the staff at Dr. Bradfords next to them are AMAZING! They’re very friendly and put you at ease. Of all the places I’ve been to in my life these offices are the best!
I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist so I was especially nervous when I had to see Dr. Rutz and have an endodontic procedure. The office staff was so so nice and helpful at the consultation appointment and during the procedure. I had a very bad infection so the procedure was a touch uncomfortable but they made sure to keep checking in with me and made sure nothing was really painful. Dr. Rutz even called me the day after to check in with me. Would recommend their office!
This is without a doubt the BEST dentist/Endodontist visit I have EVER HAD! From the receptionist to the tech to Dr Rutz they were AWESOME! Very kind, considerate of your comfort and VERY thorough. Dr Rutz took additional x-rays to make sure what exactly he needed to do, and spent a considerable amount of time explaining it to me. And with the Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) I had NO PAIN). Root canal is NO FUN but if you need the services of an endodontist I would go NOWHERE ELSE! They are the BEST!
