Dr Morrow is an incredible GI doctor!! Best feature is his detailed explanation of a diagnosis, procedure or outcome of a procedure. Dr Morrow is exceptional!! Knowing the details is very important to a patient. However, there is one troubling aspect of care........his telephone system, both answering and then replying when there is a need for a call back!! Would recommend, as someone who was dealing with chronic pain, and in and out of the hospital. He was the first Dr to offer some solid advice that not only worked but continued to follow up with my PCP and doing the leg work to get me the referrals I need, to get surgery that is required. I'm finally getting answers, validation, and relief. I can honestly say, best GI I've had and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. He is not good at trying to solve the problem of the patient. Instead of working to solve the issue, he told me he didn't know why I was experiencing the symptoms (after an endoscopy), then prescribed a medication for nausea... which is not one of my symptoms. Unsurprisingly, it did not work. No attempt to find the root of the problem. His bedside manners were poor.
