Horrible bedside manner !!! Over talker and a superiority complex. Didn’t care what I had to say and when I requested a new Dr she hung the phone up on me . If I could give half a star I most absolutely would. By far one of the worst I’ve ever encountered !
Awful. Extremely rude. Lazy. Unprofessional. Kept accusing my boyfriend of being abusive. Kept asking me questions about abuse. Got extremely pissy with me because I did not know the phone number of a doctor I saw for a month 2 years ago off the top of my head, even after I offered to get the number for her, she said there was no need because she “had it” (why are you asking me for a phone number if you have it???). I was simply trying to get a new doctor for my ADHD meds after I moved. She refused to help me unless I spent ... read more

Dr. Howell is one of the best psychiatrists I’ve ever had. Not only is she punctual, responsive, caring, thorough, organized and easy to get a hold of to schedule last min. appointments/questions/updates/reminders/emergencies; she is extremely reliable and relieved me of SO much stress in multiple situations. I never had to worry about her following through on anything. She encouraged me throughout treatment to try nicotine patches, and I took her up on it one day and surprised myself when I ended up quitting vaping for good... read more
