8/14 UPDATED: I’ve been back to the office and have to say the new office location is perfect and the staff is very nice. I will attribute the issues mention previously (below) to the hectic move they made to the new office. My recent interactions with them have been very positive. I have moved it from 2 to 4 stars. Dr. Ivonne Reynolds is truly exceptional. She takes the time to listen with care and always answers my questions with clarity and patience. Her deep knowledge of women’s health, combined with her kindness, empathy, and professionalism, sets her apart. I’ve always felt seen, heard, and well taken care of under her care. She never fails to deliver. May God bless her and the work of her hands. She is AMAZING!!!!
I love the new APRN, Dr Tionnei KnightBush. Have been going to her for years at another practice. This office is terrible though. No one answers the phone or calls you back. Ive left 5 messages in 3 weeks and resorted to messaging them on IG. Waiting to see if I get a call back about my rx they claim they submitted to my insurance 3 weeks ago! I'm betting money it was never sent. I wish Tionnei had another office elsewhere. I HATE this office but I dont want to switch doctors because she is AMAZING
Dr Reynolds and her staff are truly gems. I love the care that I receive here. I can’t express how safe I feel at this office. From the time I enter to the time I leave. I have recommended so many people here and all have been please because of the amazing service she continues to provide. I have never left her office with clear explanations and that I amazing.
Doctor Reynolds took excellent care of me during my pregnancy, at delivery and even after I would recommend her 100%
