This office is a joke. The receptionist is flat-out rude, and the doctor is clearly only interested in getting paid. I was literally told, “You can’t cancel the appointment because the doctor wants to be paid for the consultation.” That tells you everything you need to know about how little they care about their patients. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and treated like a dollar sign.
Dr. Ferreira and the staff are so compassionate with all the care and needs of my Mom. Mom is treated with dignity and they take the time to "listen" to her. Thank you fron our hearts.
Dr Ferreira successfully treated my wife for a chronic coughing that persisted for years. Thank you Dr Ferreira and team !
If I could give them a zero, I would. Avoid this office at all cost and save yourself aggravation, time wasted, and unnecessary stress.
Let just say we had the worst experience!! The receptionist is the rudest!! Literally hung up in my face!! Never go here
