We had a referral appointment at the Lewis Gale location for 3:15pm. My PCP sent the referral and xrays to this office several weeks ago. Once we were called back at 330 pm the nurse couldn't even say my husband's name correctly. Walking back to the patient room there was brown liquid on the walls and stains all over the carpet that looked like its never been cleaned. There was stuff just piled up everywhere. I have seen Dr. Rubiano twice for 2 different things. Both times, he comes in promptly with hardly any wait time. He is very kind, courteous and caring. He spends time to find out what the problem is, and discusses different options. The last option he starts with is a cortisone shot. My husband saw someone else a while back and that's the first thing she did, and it didn't help. Dr. Rubiano said he doesn't like to start with a shot when there are other options to try first. You won't be disappointed with him!!
